What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

At Mile High Compounds, we prioritize the secure delivery of your research materials. If your order is compromised, please email our support team at [email protected] immediately.

To ensure a rapid resolution, please include: Your Order Number, A detailed description of the discrepancy,  and high-resolution photos of the external packaging, packing slip, and the contents.

Note: Reships for lost or damaged packages are only covered if Package protection is left on at checkout. We do not cover stolen packages, only lost in transit or damaged.

Do you accept product returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept unused, unopened product returns less than 14 days after the original purchase date. You will be issued a full refund in the form of store credit, minus the cost of shipping once we receive the item.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free FedEx 2 day shipping for US orders $250+, and free GlobalPost shipping for International orders $400+.
